C-series Final SShot

C-Series is Windowblinds theme.. Something nice, white on black, to go with nice white PC case but can still look good on any system which need some style.
Tested and worked on Windows 7 & 8/8.1.
Added substlye for bigger windows frame button for those who using it on a touch system.
